Deer sinew is high in collagen and with concentrations of chondroitin sulphate. Also called deer tendons.

This is for the longer length tendons which are more rare.

Available pre-cut, in shorter length and in a variety of weights.

It is traditionally used for:

    鹿筋取自鹿四肢的肌腱,含豐富蛋白質和骨膠原,膠質甚至比花膠更好,性質溫和,能增加皮膚彈性及水份,常吃更有助強筋護骨,改善關節問題及減輕骨質疏鬆之情況,長保健康活力。

    鹿筋製法

    將乾鹿筋浸水 1-2 天換清水3-4次後取出,鹿筋和薑蔥汆水1O分鐘即可煮用,鹿筋用大火煮滾,落醬料以中火炆30分鐘後加入其他食材,繼續以中火滾2小時至鹿筋稔軟,即可食用。

    一人食用份量不多於3條筋,半斤未切鹿筋約9條。

    食法建議:湯/燉或紋。

    儲存方法 : 乾鹿筋放於雪櫃(0-8℃)為佳。

      傳統中國滋補藥材,男女皆宜。早自南北朝已與熊掌並列為珍品,之後也一直是朝廷貢品。從前,鹿尾羓被誤解為鹿的生殖器官,其實它是鹿的尾部,近腎臟,組織結構特殊,是鹿的過濾系統,可過濾與分解血液中脂肪,再轉化為能量,現代醫學便發現鹿是食草類動物中膽固醇最低的。

      可壯腰補腎及能改善腰痛、補元氣、療虛損、行氣血,適合於風濕骨痛、腰膝軟弱、強壯筋骨、增強體力、手腳冰冷、夜尿頻多等問題及產後進補之養身佳品。美顏方面,多吃亦能改善出現在面部的腎虛症狀,如蝶形斑、黑眼圈等,並能促進新陳代謝,抗衰老。價錢亦相宜。

      鹿尾羓製法:

      用少量花彫酒洗鹿尾羓後取出,將鹿尾羓隔開酒 ,用中火炒不放油,炒香後取出即可加入其他食材煮用,鹿尾羓可用來燉或湯 ,中火滾約2至3小時。

      鹿鞭,為雄性紅鹿的外生殖器。宰鹿後,割取陰莖和睪丸,出去殘肉及油脂乾燥而成。質堅韌,氣微腥。

      鹿鞭性溫、味鹹辛、無毒; 壯腰補腎補血、治陽痿早泄、腎虛耳鳴、慢性睪丸發炎、久婚不孕、產婦補身、催乳等。但素體陽盛者慎服。

       

      食法建議:泡酒/燉或湯。
