Deer sinew is high in collagen and with concentrations of chondroitin sulphate. Also called deer tendons.
These have been pre-cut into pieces of approximately 3 - 6 cm in length.
Available in a variety of weights.
It is traditionally used for:
- Temporary relief from arthristis and joint pain
- Strengthen bone and tendon
- Good for general health purposes
- Family friendly (everybody in the family can use it)
Storage:cool dry place away from direct sunshine.

鹿筋製法
將乾鹿筋浸水 1-2 天換清水3-4次後取出,鹿筋和薑蔥汆水1O分鐘即可煮用,鹿筋用大火煮滾,落醬料以中火炆30分鐘後加入其他食材,繼續以中火滾2小時至鹿筋稔軟,即可食用。
一人食用份量不多於3條筋,半斤未切鹿筋約9條。
食法建議:湯/燉或紋。
儲存方法 : 乾鹿筋放於雪櫃(0-8℃)為佳。
