Dried Deer Sinew (Medium)

Deer sinew is high in collagen and with concentrations of chondroitin sulphate. Also called deer tendons.

This is for the medium length.

Available pre-cut, in longer length and in a variety of weights.

It is traditionally used for:

鹿筋製法

將乾鹿筋浸水 1-2 天換清水3-4次後取出，鹿筋和薑蔥汆水1O分鐘即可煮用，鹿筋用大火煮滾，落醬料以中火炆30分鐘後加入其他食材，繼續以中火滾2小時至鹿筋稔軟，即可食用。

一人食用份量不多於3條筋，半斤未切鹿筋約9條。

食法建議：湯/燉或紋。

儲存方法 : 乾鹿筋放於雪櫃(0-8℃)為佳。
